A joint venture between City Developments Limited (CDL) and MCL Land has bid for the executive condominium site at Tengah Garden Walk. The bid is higher than the previous record of $583 psf ppr for the Sumang Walk EC plot. Previously, a plot of land at Yishun Avenue 9 sold for $576 psf ppr.

The Sino Group has won the bid to build the Reserve Residences Condo Launch Price. Located near the MRT station, this mixed-use project will incorporate civic spaces and a bus interchange. The three bidders were selected based on their respective concepts. Each of them submitted an offer worth S$1.03 billion, or about 770 million dollars. Sino Group’s proposal is the most comprehensive of the three. Here’s a look at the project.

On Tuesday, the Urban Redevelopment Authority released the names of the developers who bid on the site. The bids were submitted by three partners – the Far East Organization, Sino Group and Kerry Properties. These firms are associated with Mercatus Commercial Trust I. The top two bidders will win the project. The remaining two will be awarded a second chance to submit a concept proposal.
